1.  How long does it take for my order to be shipped and arrive at my address?

       After you place your order, most items wil be shipped the next day.  All products are shipped using "UPS Ground" and arrive within 3-5 business days.   You will receive an email after your item/s are shipped that will include the tracking number.   Click on "Track Your Order", -link located at the top right of each page-, enter the tracking number and click on "View" to track the progress of your shipment.

2.  Can I place an online order if I do not live in the United States?

     At this time, we can only accept online orders from withing the continental United States.
