Return Policy
Returns accepted only for shipping damage or defect in merchandise covered by 1-year warranty. Please contact us to explain the situation so we can help you solve the problem.
Damaged Goods Policy
Contact us within 48 hours to report damaged goods. Authorization to return goods is needed, so after your report comes to us you will be informed of the next action you should take.
Backorder Policy
When a product is on backorder you will be notified. Your will be given options as to how you want to proceed. Usually we can hold your order, waiting for the product to be available or we would cancel your order and ask you to reorder in a certain number of days.
Shipping Policies
SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY
Shipping charges will be added to your order. Products are shipped UPS-Ground. Unless otherwise stated the charges will be calculated using the Rate, Weight and Location Formula provided by UPS. Shipping of RETURNS because of defects is paid by the distributor. RETURNS for damage in shipping will be paid by the shipping company.
